A typical home inspection takes 2–4 hours depending on the size and condition of the property. Larger homes or those with more complex systems may take longer. We never rush — thoroughness is our priority.

We strongly encourage you to attend! Walking through the home with your inspector is the best way to understand the property's condition firsthand. However, if you can't make it, our comprehensive Spectora report will give you everything you need.
